Three steps to electronic signing

Pick the level of signature your documents need, choose how RealSign is hosted, and start sending documents for signature.

1

Choose a solution

Every option uses two-factor authentication. The difference is how strongly the signer's identity is bound to the signature.

Electronic signatures

Most popular

Our standard version, suitable for the majority of documents and contracts an organisation is exposed to. RealSign uses two-way authentication for every electronic signature.

Digital signatures

An electronic signature combined with a certificate issued by a certification authority, for a higher level of security. Realyst has partnered with GlobalSign, a global certification authority.

Advanced digital signatures

A digital signature with user verification: each signer's identity is authenticated against the Home Affairs database, including biometric and ID verification.

2

Choose your hosting

Both editions include unlimited signatures, users and documents. They differ in where RealSign runs and how it is licensed.

Enterprise edition

Implemented on site or hosted, licensed by bands of signatories or on an unlimited basis. A traditional software licence with a support and maintenance agreement, suited to enterprises with customisation requirements, large volumes of signatures, or a need to fix their usage costs.

Standard edition

Hosted in Azure and suited to organisations that do not need customisation. A simple annual licence fee, based on the same bands as the Enterprise edition, with unlimited signatures on an unlimited number of documents.

3
